How do I book a karaoke room?
Do you speak English?
I have a card issued outside Argentina. Can I pay?
- If it works: you get your confirmation and access code instantly, same as everyone else.
- If it doesn't go through: nothing is charged. Message us on WhatsApp with your date, time and group size and we'll send you a different way to pay the deposit, usually within the hour.
How much does it cost?
How long do I get the room?
What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations: let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
- Number of guests: confirm how many are coming up to 24 hours before.
- If you don't tell us within those windows, there is no refund, no credit and no time compensation for the difference in guests. Example: you book for 12, 7 show up and you didn't tell us 24 hours before — the booking for 12 is charged.

We are inside the Mercat Villa Crespo food hall, right on the edge of Palermo — easy to reach on foot, by subway or by taxi.
Walking from Palermo Soho
About 15 to 20 minutes on foot from Plaza Serrano (Plaza Cortázar). Follow Thames westwards, cross Córdoba Avenue and keep going — Thames 747 is on your right, inside the Mercat.
The walk is flat and well lit at night.
By subway (Subte)
Take Line B to Malabia — Osvaldo Pugliese. From there it is a 7 minute walk.
The Subte stops running around 10:30 PM on weekdays, so for a late night plan a taxi or a ride app for the way back.
By taxi or Uber / Cabify
Both work well in Buenos Aires and are inexpensive. Set the destination to Thames 747.
